Eatin' Time!

It's been a good day folks...

Aidan is doing great, still looking, feeling and breathing well. I was so lucky this afternoon to feed him from bottle for the first time since his departure to the NICU. I'll tell you folks...this kid was HUNGRY! He sucked down 10cc (just as a trial dose, normal is 40 cc), in about 50 seconds! We met with the Neonatal Doc a few minutes ago and he was very optimistic about Aidan's condition. He was very pleased with his progress and continued performance in the NICU. He hasn't given any indication on when Aid will be able to come home....but you know what...I feels so good knowing now that the "going home" plan is even being thought about!

What we really need right now is that Aidan continue doing well and not have any more seizure episodes over the next two to three days and subsequently 2 to 3 weeks. That's what I'm praying hard for.

Here's some pictures from today's feedings!

Keep Strong! Keep Praying! Keep it up Baby A!

Ty
