The Best Day Off Ever!

Oh what a day we had today....Emmy and I are just dead tired; we had so much fun with Baby A today!

It started off with "Breakfast with Aidan" at Panera Bread...then we were off to Forest Park in Downtown St. Louis! Believe it or not, it was our first time (pre- or post-baby) to the park, which is most famous for hosting both the World's Fair and Olympics in 1904. Anyways, we packed a picnic of summer sausage, cheese, and a fabulous blue cheese salad with poppy seed dressing. We did a ton of walking around with A-man in the stroller. He was SOOOO good today, very little crying, refluxing and spitting up. He got his first outdoor diaper change and nursed with Emmy at the Great Basin fountains inside the park. Add on top of this that the weather was gorgeous, 78 degrees, nice southerly breeze, and then right when we needed it to get a little cloudy later in the morning...it did. I couldn't have asked for more on a day off from work...it was just the best! Here's some pics from today!
