A Very Nice Day!

Hey, I had a great day today on my 29th Birthday! Aidan, Emmy and I all went to Maggiano's Little Italy for dinner. Aid slept through drinks, appetizers, salads, and entrees, then woke up to feed with Mommy right as she was done with dinner. He finished up right as they were bringing out Daddy's favorite desert, tiramisu, and we had a successful calm trip back home!

Here's some video tonight of Mr. A jumping around in the Jumperoo that Grammy June got him and our trial at rice cereal. He did pretty good with it, but still has a little more learning to do.

I think back a year ago on my birthday and being so excited to have the little man come into our life, and I can honestly say that this year, having him here with Emmy and I, has made my birthday and all my days so wonderful and so enjoyable. I am so blessed and thankful for having my loving, caring wife and my unbelievable son here with me....everyday is my birthday because I have them.

Have a great night,
Ty, Emmy, Aidan and Allie

P.S. The Better Resolution Video is now uploaded!!

What a punkin! He gets cuter everyday!!!

Don't worry, he will get the hang of eating the cereal. Maybe by sitting him in his little "punkin" seat that sits at an incline might help. He is sitting straight up and down in the high chair and at this point in his life he needs a little help in moving the cereal into his mouth and down his throat. Believe me, it tastes wonderful! He just isn't used to the texture of the cereal but it has no different taste than the breast milk he is already familiar with. Little sweetie! I want to reach in and hug and kiss him!!!

Glad you all had a wonderful "Birthday celebration" night and now it is the week-end! How lucky is that :)

Love you all!
Mom

Yeah, we thought that sitting him in his high chair would make for good "TV". It did. Later!
