A Bikin' Good Saturday!

Well, it was beautiful today here in St. Louis. Baby Aidan, Mommy and I started the day out nicely. Baby A fed well then went down for a good 2 hour nap, while Dad and Mom worked in the basement on Daddy's first "Off School" project. New Cornhole Boards! Dad did all the carpentry work, while Mom sewed the corn feed bags together. For those of you who don't know what Cornhole is, here's a link. It's a game that became hugely popular in Cincinnati when Emmy and I were in our Bachelor's School there. I'll get some pictures up in a little while once we get them finished.

We then headed out to Babies R Us for a special event that they had going on. Kindermusik is a dance and music class that actively involves both parents and babies in fun, interactive and engaging dancing, bouncing and singing. Emmy and I took a short 15 minute trial class and really had a good time. All the fun music that we sang and laughed to really got to Aidan as he laughed and giggled the whole time.

Next we headed over to Target to pick up what we thought was to be a jogging stroller...but after further talking...we don't jog. Or run. Or really walk fast. So, we decided to use the gift money we had for him on a bicycle carrier! Here in Missouri we have the Katy Trail, which is an old railroad track that's been compacted down flat and is used for biking across Central Missouri. The trail actually goes almost all the way to Kansas City! Anyways, before Em got preggers we liked to take a picnic and ride the trail. So now, Baby Aidan can come too! We tried with Allie and Aidan....and that didn't work so well, so she's outtie for now :(

A very Very VERY Special Happy Birthday to Emmy's Grandpa Bud today! 79 big ones...and now feeling great and enjoying life every single day! We love you Grandpa Bud!

Have a great night...we will DEFINITELY post tomorrow as there is more fun coming Sunday!

Ty, Em, Aidan and AP

What a cute little biker dude!!!

You all will have a ball now with the "cart" and being able to ride together. What a great idea! Be careful!!!

Glad to see that you are getting out and have "family fun". Does a Mom's heart good :)

Love,
