Daddy got up early this morning and took Mommy's car for an oil change and then powerwashed the house and cleaned the garage. Mommy did some chores around the house while you know who got to just lounge around like a bump on a log.
Here he is enjoying Sesame Street after his breakfast:
Next he and Mommy went out and got lunch (he loves Arby's; ate an entire junior roast beef), then they played on the deck. It's been so cold and rainy here that I have not had time to get out the patio furniture or restain the deck, so it looks huge right now. In any case, he and Mommy played ball. Here's some of the fun! (Sorry all you soccer folks, he hasn't quite learned that you can't touch the ball with your hands yet!)
Mommy then headed out to get her hair done (it looks great BTW) so Daddy and Aidan played in the yard. He looks so grown up in these pictures, hard to imagine 1 year ago he was barely able to hold up his head!
New Fun thing: After watching us put on his shoes a thousand times, tried to put them on himself! Check it out! Almost got it bud!We have a big day tomorrow, Auntie Elizabeth and Uncle Bill and Janet invited us to go to the Cardinals baseball game! The weather is supposed to be even better than today (70 degrees and partly cloudy!) That Auntie Elizabeth is something else, we'll definitely have some pictures to post tomorrow!
Have a great night.
Ty, Emmy and Aidan!

Such cute pictures! Your grass is soooo green! Lucky ducks :) Things are still brown here but after this week-end of 60 degree temps I think it will green up. Tomorrow I plan to rake the front yard and spread fertilizer. I saw today that the tulips are poking out of the ground about 4". We are so behind this year. Got the linoleum almost up and tonight I will spread the "leveler" and hopefully tomorrow start the fun work of laying the black and white tile.
Have a ball tomorrow at the baseball game! Aidan will be such a cutie I'm sure....
Love ya'll,
Mom
Oh my goodness! You two have such a cute little boy!!!! Spoken like a grandma, huh?! Wonderful pictures. I am never quite sure if I want to laugh or cry happy tears. I am so proud of all of you.
Have a great day tomorrow. I hope we get a little of that sunshine here.
Love,
Mom
