Parties, Pools and Pookie!

I say "Aidan Smile!" and this is what I get. Funny.

Another great weekend for the Frost's here in St. Louis. A little warm on Friday and Saturday gave way to some needed rain late Saturday and then a beautiful Sunday! We've been having some unusually cool weather for July and we're doing our best to take advantage of it!

First thing, we finally got through the week! Last week was a bear for both Mommy and Daddy's work. I think combined we must have worked like over 100 hours. Every night it seemed like it was laptop central in the living room.... Anyways, on Saturday afternoon we were invited to Auntie Elizabeth's brother David's new condo for a condo warming party! Of course all the Bialczak's were there as well as their friends and relatives, including Amelia, Aidan's little girlfriend. We last saw her in March, and my how she's grown. Aidan and her got along pretty well. They are both still learning the "sharing" routine, so there were some tense moments, but overall as long as each had one item, all was well. Here's some pictures of the day!

Sticker Time! and a quick "Nice to Meet You" handshake. Check out the shoes too, that's the first time we've ever put hard-soled, non-sandals on him. He did great, a little shaky at first though!

Some geese showed up around the pool deck (don't ask me where they came from), but Aidan was mildly amused. That's good, because I can't say that I'm the biggest animal/zoo fan (sorry TR, I had a bad experience: a tiger peed on me when I was like 6) So anyways, as the story goes, there were geese there. Period.

Today was amazing, low humidity and a nice wind. So after church, groceries, Target and Aidan's nap, we headed out to our favorite pool. Here's Aidan getting ready (goofy smile included) and crusin' with Dadda at the pool!
