I think that I've mentioned before that this kid LOVES school buses. It is so funny how he points them out as we travel around St. Louis. Well, we found the mega-load of buses at the bus yard near our house today...and took Aidan to see them...the video below captures it all!
We had a nice weekend this weekend. It was generally pretty cool here, highs in the mid-80s so we enjoyed outside by going to the pool. Friday we went to a friend's house for the Olympic Opening Ceremonies. I made up some "International Fare" and just had to take a picture of it.There's Lil' Smokies in BBQ sauce from the USA, Eggrolls for China, Olive Salad with Feta for Greece, Giada's Pizzettes from Italy and Uncle Don's Spicy"Shrimp on the Barbie" from Australia! They were all really good!
Today, we just hung out around the house finishing up some chores and watching the Olympics. I think my favorite part of the Olympics are all the obscure sports that you normally don't see. For example, today I watched shooting, water polo, rowing, women's weightlifting (yowza!) and one close to my own heart, syncronized diving. Cool stuff!
Well, that's all from here, hope you all are doing well!
Have a great night,
Ty, Emmy and Aidan

Isn't that funny??? Buses are a big hit at our house too. Now that Keiran can give us lectures we get to hear all about how he is going to ride one to school someday.
We have been watching the Olympics as well... even caught Keiran dancing along with the women's floor routines. My personal fav obscure sport is a winter game... Curling!
Just adorable!!! He is getting so verbal. So excited by BUSSES!!! Oh, it won't be too long and he will have to jump onboard and head off to school. I hope that is a long way away. He is just too cute to grow up!!!
Have a great week!
Love,
Grammy T
