It was a very nice Mother's Day today here in St. Louis. Mommy had a nice day and was able to partake in many of her favorites; Qdoba for lunch, taking a nice long walk with her boys, and champagne risotto and homemade toasted ravioli for dinner! A nice day indeed.
Well, sorry it's been awhile since our last post. Things have been relatively crazy around here with all of us. The quick update is that Ethan is due to have tubes put into his ears next Monday (17th) which truly is a good thing for all of us. E's now been through at least 5 or 6 ear infections. We've utilized every anti-biotic in Dr. Mayer's arsenal, so it's time for something else!
So, without much ado, here's last weekend. We decided it was time to plant our garden and flowers for the year. Aid was this perfect age this year for having fun with us!

Before heading to Costco, we decided to stop at the park. It was E's first time in a swing, and gauging by the pictures and the movie...I think he liked it!!
Afterward, we tried out the old bus that Aidan grew up with with Ethan...it was the perfect match!

Awhile back there was a great sale at Shutterfly on canvas prints so Mommy and I got a couple for the Master Bedroom. I finally got around to hanging them today and we are so pleased. Those boys...hmm, hmm...love them!
After hanging those, Ethan got up from his nap and decided to show us his favorite new game, "Peek-A-Boo". Boy was he having fun!
So on we are to Mother's Day...a very special day for our Mommy.
Aidan had made an amazing gift for Mommy at school. I just had to show it because it is amazing.

So the drawing is amazing. We couldn't believe how much the drawing actually looks like a person!! And the quotes..hilarious! (BTW, Carla is our housekeeper).
Then onto today, Mom and her boys!

So the very first picture of this post, what is it all about? Well, Auntie Elizabeth came over last night while Mommy and I got to go to Maggiano's for my Birthday dinner. To our unbelievable astonishment, she got both boys calmed down, fed dinner and then had time to make vanilla pudding, put food coloring in it, and get them to paint this picture (and one for Daddy tomorrow)! That lady is awesome and we couldn't believe all the work she did, while managing both boys! She even managed to give them both baths! Thank you Elizabeth, your caring nature and artistic exellence is truly amazing. You are awesome!
Happy Mother's Day to all those Mom's who read this blog (Grammies P&T, Great Grammy June, Nicole's x 2, Jenni, Nora, Erika, and whomever else I'm missing, sorry!)!!
That's all for tonight, have a great night!
Ty, Emmy, Aidan and Ethan
