The End of Soccer 2010

Well soccer is finished now for the year and I think the big guy really enjoyed his first organized sports experience. Overall, I think that he is a really skilled player, he can dribble the ball and shoot very well. He listens to the coaches almost all of the time and definitely interacts well with his teammates. The one thing that we will continue to work on is his drive and aggressiveness towards the ball. I'm sure it will come with age (and realize too that he's one of the youngest kids out there), so really as long as he's enjoying himself and his team, this soccer thing just might stick....and that would be OK with us. Our session this time was really no pressure and no expectations and I can assure you from the first night until tonight, each player really did improve (some by a lot). It was fun and I'm glad I was a coach...it was a challenge and a reward to learn all those kids by name and try to keep them corraled the best I could.

Running over to Mommy to get that all important drink :)

Two Five....looking good.

Getting their medals for such a succesful year!

There he is: Mr. Soccer, Aidan Frost

On another great Aidan news, he and Mommy headed to the dentist on Monday and Aidan came out with flying colors! No cavity bugs and lots and lots a praise for brushing good, floride rinsing good and flossing good! Way to go Aidan!!

Here he is on "the chair". They let big guys were sunglasses so the light doesn't bother their eyes. Emmy said that he did wonderful and that the dental hygenist even said, "is he always this calm and courteous"...yep he is...what a great guy!

Have a wonderful night,
Ty, Emmy, Aidan and Ethan

Yeah Aidan! Good job with soccer and the dentist. Was a banner day in Frost country.

Wonder what sport Ethan will take to? So fun watching them grow.

Hugs and kisses!

Woo Hoo, what a wonderful Soccer season Aidan!!! Hooray! This first year of any organized sports needs to be "fun"! It sounds like is was so enjoyable and a great learning experience so that next season he will definitely "desire" to be part of the team again...Good job Daddy for being a "newby" coach! It is a tough job trying to keep all of those little ones in line when their attention is as short as the lifespan of a fruit fly! And good job Mommy for those all important "drinks" (which by the way are a close second to the all important "snacks after the game"!!!) So cute! Oh to have those days back....but no, then I wouldn't have Aidan and Ethan to hear about :) And last, but not least, Hooray for Ethan who gets drug to soccer (whether he wants to or not) and is patient and happy just being a part of the "Frost Family Team"!!! Such a little cutie!

This Grammy is so proud of all that you both accomplish with the boys! Full-time jobs, family life and work at home stuff...you make it look so simple and I for one, know that it isn't!

Keep smilin! I certainly am :)

Love,
Mom
