Warm!!!

Wow! What a warm weekened it was here in St. Louis. Both days we had high temps in the 60s! So refreshing to have warm days and sun after a long and cold winter. Looking at the forecast forward it's supposed to stay warm through this week, perhaps the end of winter? We hope so!

Grammy P came up this weekend to see us and got to partake in all of our weekend fun. Aidan again had swimming lessons so Grammy P got to watch him do really really good with all of his classmates. He had homework to do in the bathtub each night: "Talk to the Fishes" (i.e. blow bubbles in the water) and "Listen to the Fishes" (put his ear down into the water....we're working on these pretty hard, but getting that face wet is still a work in progress!

They all got to "swim" out to the island...I think Aid really liked it!

After a great nap by both tired boys, we played outside for a bit and then headed to Kitaro for some real "Iron Chef" type action. Mommy and I had been playing this experience up for Aid all week, hoping that he would be totally amused by it. And he was. Our chef was seriously lacking (no fun tricks and only a litle bit of fire), but I do think Aid enjoyed it. And so did his brother!

Eating soup from the funny spoon...and keeping one eye on the "Iron Chef"...and Ethan was amused too with all the excitement....two cooks in our future? Perhaps so!

Finally, me and my guys all had baby blue on yesterday, (E and I are wearing the exact same shirt), so we had to get some more "Guy Pics"....thanks Mommy for shooting them!

Thanks Grammy P for coming up to see us and bringing all sorts of joy to our boys....we will miss you but can't wait to see you again in about a month and a half.
