A Visit from Grandpa John!

Grandpa John came in this weekend for some more fun festivities during this holiday (and birthday (for Aidan)) season.  We had a great time and got to do some favorites, Crab Leg Dinner, Magic House and some Soccer Camp as well!

Here's some pics:
So far the boys have done three Christmas's with two left (The BIG day and Auntie Elizabeth's), so they've become well versed in all things presents!

Mookie's own big boy undies!

More Legos, this time a new Garbage Truck!

Go Mookie go!

This is some pretty special stuff here.  Aidan now needs no help when putting Legos together using the instructions.  He built all the Legos he got from Grandpa John, all by himself!!  Daddy is envious!

Grandpa got some good train-time in with E, while Aid was building Legos.

Mommy made pizzelles....Ethan ate pizzelles, especially the ones with powdered sugar!

Before heading to the Magic House on Sunday, we went and ate at "Pi", which is a famous pizza place here in St. Louis.  It's rumored to be Obama's favorite and the owners have opened one up near the White House.  It was our first time there and it was pretty darn good!  A new thing to do with our guests!

Magic House fun in the water play room!

Mommy and Aidan in the Tent from "The Magic Treehouse" series.

Later in the day we celebrated Aidan's Birthday, complete with presents, cake and ice cream!  And more Legos of course!

Aid also got this cool World Leapfrog Tag map, we were all surprised at all the countries he knew!

That's all, thank you Grandpa John for coming over, we can't wait to see you again!

Have a great night!
Ty, Emmy, Aidan and Ethan

Not a minute was wasted and we sure got to fit a lot into a short time. Those boys are really something else and you both should be proud of the great job you are doing raising them. Thanks for a fun weekend and hope to do it again soon!
Oh yea baby!
